M1-ATX "failed" drains power

I have a M1-ATX that has worked faithfully for years. Recently I have been having problems where something is draining my vehicle battery when off. My computer is setup to hibernate so there should be very little power drain when the vehicle is off. In my sluthing I discovered that my M1 is still pulling > 800mA after my computer shuts down. Anyone ever had an M1 fail like that?
