Wiring question for the M2

Technical question about the M2.

The instructions leave a little to be desired...

So I just hooked mine up. I'm using jumper setting A where it signals power off after 5 seconds and hardoff after 45 seconds.

After the hardoff, the M2 shouldn't be drawing much power, at least not enough to run down teh battery, correct?

I don't need a relay or anything on the hot wire going to the M2 to keep the PSU from draining the battery do I? The PSU by itself should be a relatively dead device once it's killed power to the 5V rail, right?
