Do any of the VIA mobos (or shuttle FV-25)work with zootjeff's DC to DC power supply?

I have one of zootjeff's (jeff mucha's) dc to dc power supplies. My Shuttle FV-24 kicked the bucket and so I will need to replace it with another motherboard. So does anyone know if any of the VIA mobo's or a shuttle FV25 work with zootjeff's dc to dc power supply?

the FV-25 will work its pretty much the same as the Fv24...

and if you go jeffs site, he has some examples that have via boards on there
