Unhappy Need help regarding Arise MPD-810h-ATX DC-DC PSU

Guy's,

I need help with what are the DC inputs on the Arise MPD-810h-ATX DC-DC PSU. I have two different versions of what is what?????

Looking at the DC in I have that:

1st

Left Connection is: Ground (G)
Middle Connection is: Neutral (N)
Right Connection is: 12V+

2nd

Left Connection is: Ground (G)
Middle Connection is: V-
Right Connection is: V+

So which one is it??????

If it’s the 2nd one, is G chassis and V- battery negative and V+ battery positive ?
