depends on the size of the wire being run back and the size of the amps. I'd run all seperate wires

if it was me:
-buy a 4 gauge (to go from battery to trunk)
-get a distribution blaock ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=50550
-have the 4 gauge wire go to the distro block, then you can have 3 8 gauge outputs using the wire you already have, one to your inverter, one to your carpc, and one to an amp

The short answer is the more draw, the bigger cap you need... a lot of discussion on this topic you can read yourself.
If you are that worried about it, then off the beforementioned distribution block, put a cap for each amp and your computer.

If your in the states, walmart carries Scosch now at good prices. The big kit comes with 4 and 8 gauge wires, a distro block, and inline fuse. You probably won't need a cap for your system. But a tank circuit would keep your PC from rebooting when cranking ect.

$25 for 4Ga. $15 for 8Ga, but the 8Ga. is a single amp kit and doesn't some with a D-block. It is easily the best $25 I EVER spent!

I'd love to pay $2 a foot for zero guage. In the UK one of the cheaper places is still £11 per metre and that's if you buy 5m worth
£90 for 5m is not uncommon.

Dude, $2.00/ft is nothing!
You think that paying $36 for 18 feet is too much for 0GA?
You have strange priorities my friend.
$36 should be spare change compared to the price of your system.
Buck up and buy the wire!
