Kris / Opus 150 watt what does it take?
Hi All,
I have been trying to contact Kris at Opus Solutions to place an order and have received no response.
I tried email no response.
I tried calling him, but his answering machine isn't working
I tried faxing him my with my request and no response.
Anyone have any idea what is up?
Thanks
Angelica

this usually happens every once in a while, he is a very busy man, just lay low and hell eventually get to you. Just keep callin, which i feel is the best way to contact kris.

Hmm, a guy who has a business that doesn't like to take orders. He must be doing this on the side because if he was living off this buisness he would be on the ball.
Then again, most people do have lives outside of where they make money, maybe he's kicking back in Fiji on a beach drinking a margerita watching the waves roll in...
Hmm, sounds like fun to me. It's all about the priorities.

Hi All,
Just talked with Kris.
He was out of town and his answering machine messed up and was playing the old greeting rather than the one telling us he was gone.
Great news I ordered a power supply and should have it about 3 weeks.

Ok guitar333,
You were right I was just in to much of a hurry.
I was just starting to wonder as I my email asking him how to buy one was sent on Oct 28. My phone calls and fax were about a week ago and no response until today.
The thing is I am only about 70 miles away from Kris. I was thinking about taking a drive down to his business to see if their might be someone there when he called.
Funny thing is search for hours on the internet for a DC-DC power supply and they end up being almost right next door to me.
Who would like to figure to odds?

Ummm, I think it's about time this guy hired some help. If he is getting so many orders that it takes him weeks to fill them, then I'm sure he has enough cash coming in to pay someone minimum wage to answer the damn phone.
And then maybe he would have enough time to notice the missing resistors on his new products before they ruin hundreds of dollars worth of his customers equipment.
.

3 WEEKS??? He keeps pushing the delivery date out.
Did he send you an order form? If yes, then please email it to me.

phc,
Actually Kris said 2 weeks I put in another week for shipping, UPS and the Xmas season rush.
Sorry no order form.
I am buying it through my work so he told me to send him a purchase order instead.
I am pretty sure Opus is a small business and probably would accept something typed up by you as long as it has all the important information. (Shipping / Billing Names /addresses, Qty / description of what you want to purchase and the price).
Try giving Kris a call. I figure he has been out of town for at least a couple of weeks and will probably be playing catch up for awhile.
Angelica
