Question Newbie has a question about Tank Circuit.

I have just found this forum and was reading about a Tank Circuit as I have the same problem of the puter dying when I start the SUV. Reading several of the posts still leaves me questioning what size parts etc are needed etc... and since I am not one of those people that solders things together, I wonder if there is a Tank Circuit that can be bought and just plugged in that will solve my problems? I can plug things in with the best of them. Does someone have a link to a place? If that is not available is there something out there that I can buy and plug in to solve this problem?
Thanks for your time,
Gary
