Opus 90w does not start sometimes

Even if my truck battery is slightly down, my opus will not turn on. I am all in favor of low-voltage shutdow, but it seems like it is way too sensitive. I'll check the voltage at which the opus wont start, but I think it is about 11.9v. I have to connect a battery charger if I want to run the carputer when the truck is in the garage, which brings the battery voltage up by 1 volt or so, then it turns on fine.
Anyone else find this?
