Just Cooler RF Remote power switch question

If anyone out there has the just cooler remote power set-up, what do you use for the power lead? There are three plugs in it - one that goes into the ATX socket on the mtherboard, one that goes onto the reset button input and a power lead. I'm not sure exactly what I can plug that into. I will be using it on a Via M10000. Can I use the power from the 3rd fan output or one of the PS2 headers possibly? Also, if anyone knows the voltage that it needs it would be helpful. The intructions don't say and I'm assuming 12v.
