Power needs of my system (want Opus)

Ok... I have been reading for weeks.. and I have been leaning extreamly to Opus Solutions 150watt PSU because of its features and stability... Well.. I have been worried about its ability to power my system.. And now I am asking here for some help...
Ok the proposed system is as follows:

Motherboard: Soyo Dragon KT333 Ultra Platinum (cant get power specs from soyo because they said and I quote "Sorry. we don't have the authority to give you the layout of the board")

CPU: Will be one of two according to the advice I recieve here...
I have both a AMD Athlon 1.2ghz and a 1700+... I plan on underclocking it to around 1ghz which ever one I use

Mem: Geil Golden Dragon 256MB DDR 3200

until I can afford a laptop DVD and HDD I have
HDD: 1 - 15GB Western Digital
DVD: 1 - Samsung DVD Master 12E SD-612

Sound: onboard CMedia 6.1

Video: AGP nVidia MX440

I plan on useing multiple USB devices and a Parallel relay board
USB: GPS, TS for Lilliput, maybe radio... not sure of anything else...

I will have a KB and Mouse hooked up (wireless RF just for when I HAVE to use it)

I will use the cars 12v to power all fans but the CPU fan because it has to be on for the CPU protection circuit to allow the mobo to boot..

I am just thinking that I will have trouble with a 150 watt Opus? Can anyone tell me about there "Similar" setups if they are using an Opus... I found some general guidlines for components since there hard to find specs on anyway in a PDF from AMD...

Please advise .....
