I know there are a few people working on a pic based shutdown/startup controller at the moment (Including myself), so I though I would ask what features people look for and or want in a shudown controller. If you already have a controller, please let us know what is good/bad about the controller you have and what other features would be useful.
Some of the features I would like to see
Power up
Power good check
Screen power on delay
Amp power on delay
Relay board power on delay
Power down
Turns off monitor and relay board
Pulses mobo for shutdown via power sw and/or serial port
Power off after delay
Power off disable (power stay on after ign is switched off)
Immediate off (emergency shutdown, say for overheat condition or police
)
