Not to sound disrespectful, but I wonder if it will ever be out... I saw this same site about 1 month ago....

The Car Computer market to me is so strange... there is definately a decent sized niche market there for a company (with resources) to come in and supply a good product.... but it never happens....

All that ever springs up is individuals (and SE Asia crap) who are trying to put something together and make some bling..... but they never seem to have the resources to do it all the way through

I hope it materializes.... but I doubt it....

Thumbs up

Well, the thing is actually for real!

I bought it directly from the White bream website!

I am currently trying one of the first ones, I have installed it into my Casetronic-box(C134) instead of the original power-supply.

My setup is Via M10000, dashmounted 7"-monitor, 2.5 HD, usb-GPS and OBDII-Monitor for my Subaru WRX Sti!

I took it for a test in my car to work this morning and everything worked out fine. I still need to wire the computer properly so I will get back with a report on how well it performes when cranking, startup/shutdown etc!

I have now installed the powersupply into my travla C134-case.
It is smaller than the standard casetronic ps so it was an easy fit.

PC boots nicely when ignition is on

shuts down when ignition off after 15secs(Shutdown delay extendible by 15, 30 minutes)

It also survives a crank, no problem there.

That's a 54W supply with no negative rails and an exceptionally week 12V rail. It also doesn't make it too clear what input voltages it works with. Still, more competition in this segment is a good thing.

I'm eager to learn more about the radio too. It says they plan to do audio over USB. That sounds nice!
