Question i need YOUR help picking out a DC-DC PSU

i just re-read the title and it sounds like the army....we need YOU to fight....

anyway

im trying to pick out a DC-DC PSU. Obviously i have read everywhere and 1 million times about Opus, BUT, i already have a muchas shutdown controller and dont need a startup control. I plan on using a momentary switch to start when i want, in case i want to start the car but not the computer.

My specs are as follows:

EPIA M9000 (not on the mini-box wattage calculator )
20 gig 2.5" HD
Lilliput 7" TSK (but the lilliput is powered by its own regulator)
Creative USB External MP3+ soundcard (bus powered)
whatever ram is cheapest (prob a 256 meg stick)
Slimline DVD drive.

I would someday like to add GPS.

So I used the mini-box power estimator and it came up with 42 watts as teh ablsolute max for power consumption - while watching DVDs. So i was thinking a 70 watt power supply like Jeff Mucha's MPBS1 because it is small (size of a deck of cards).

I already have a radio shack 60 watt regulator (for my casetronics C134 case) which is getting scrapped for parts and the case is being sold. So i was thinking i could use this with a PW70 but then i read that it really only puts out 45 watts or so....

i checked the muchas PSU oon each rail against what the mini-box power estimator said i would need and it looks like i will be using more amps then the PSU puts out on the +%SB rail....but i dont know what that means....will it not work if this is the case?

I'm really confused about waht to get because there are those insdustrial 250w PSUs, but i dont think i need that - help me out here guys!!

Im a bit concerned about the MP3+ drawing alot of power...i assume the TSK doenst take much....(since the %V rail is where i seem to have problems.)

Thanks for all input!

Selling a C134 case? Hello...I'd be interested in that!! As far as PS goes, can't beat the 90w Opus

Is there a 200 watt Opus or ITPS that is available? Better safe than sorry for me.

Yeah, ,i knew the 90 watt opus would work, but i already have a shutdown controller and dont need a startup, so paying the extra money for those features and losing space seemed a bit impracticle. Also, Zip-Lock had not posted that they were for sale @ mp3car.com at the time when i posted. I ended up getting the arise 100 watt psu. Link here: http://www.arisecomputer.com/ps/mpd810.asp

As far as the C134 case goes, i will be sure to psot it here at the classfieds before i go to ebay and give any mp3cargoers a shot at it first!

Thanks for the replies!!
