OPUS 150 three flashes

I've just plugged my new OPUS 150 Watt PSU into my MII 10000 board, and connected the wires up correctly.
When I turn on the ignition the PSU kinda starts up then stops again, and gives me 3 flashes of the LED....
The manual tells me: 1. Power supply is over loaded or shorted
2. The Power supply is faulty.
I hope it's not no.2, and number 1 seems unlikely as the OPUS is supposed to power these types of board with no problems!

Any ideas would be greatfully received.

Cheers,
Adam.

Unplug the output and try it again.

Exactly the same result.

What effect would not enough amps (input) have?

Cheers,
Adam.
