Low battery Cutoff Voltage ??

What according to all Should be the Low voltage cut off Volt be ..?

a) 11.0vdc
b) 10.5vdc
c) 10.0vdc

Please give your opinion.

I go for 10.5. If adjustable, that is perfect.

Absolutely ideal would be 2 stage
9 volts for 1 second (for guys with weak battery's/ hungry starters) and 11 or so for normal so you don't drain the battery sitting in the parking lot.
I realize that would be hard, but it would be ideal.

There are some applications where you would want the low voltage cutoff at 8v

Think deep cycle battery, problem is most audio amps also have a cutoff voltage.
