Wiring - EQ,opus,4ch amp,subs,lcd-drawing idea

Hello all. I came across an EQ today that I thought would work great with my next install. The EQ has RCA outs and a sub out. Also has a fader knob and Aux input....and its only $30. I was thinking of ditching my head unit and have this mounted under the LCD. Front and Rear RCA's from the EQ would run into a 4CH amp. The Sub RCA's would run into the amp for the subs. The fader knob on it will allow me to fade from front to rear without messing with the amps. Have a graphic EQ will also be easy to tweak sound. The line-out of the carputer will go into the aux-in on the EQ. Here is the EQ I was looking at using. http://www.millionbuy.com/prfpeq500.html
Here is a drawing of how I was thinking to wire it all up. Any suggestions would be great.

it looks like a good setup...however ive heard you should ground everything to ONE spot to reduce noise..maybe that will help you in the future.
