new M1-ITX power fault

I've got a new M1-ITX power supply and I think I've found a new problem with it.

If I set the system to switc offDELAY = 5 and HARDOFF = Never it works fine (apart from >11 cut off). The problem is is I try to start the car while it's going into stand by the power supply resets.

I think it needs a lock out timer like the carnetix has. Also a boot up lockout timer would be nice say 90 seconds again just like the carnetix has.

I'm hoping mini-box read this and take on baord my comments.
