Quick Question: Would it be bad to plug my inverter on same wire as my amplifier?

I have 4aug wire going directly from the batt down to the trunk. I am planning on using the same wire for powering my inverter. Its 2-4aug, and my amp is 800 watts max, 425 rms, inverter is 325 watts continuous...

Would it cause problems if i connect everything on the same wire? Would my puter survive crank? (it survived crank when i plugged it directly on the battery)

Thanks,
Carl

personally i have no problem with my setup

10ga batt to amp (210 watt)
spliced off both ground and Pos to inverter so far so good

I don't know that I would splice off but rather run/use a distro block. for both the power and ground. In my case, I ran power and ground straight to the inverter with an inline fuse there. I then ran another set of cables from the inverter to the amp with its own connectors.

given that is only temporary install until I get 2nd amp and glass everything... no point in buying all the stuff now before I can start wiring it right

It will not be a problem power-wise, but some cheaper amps will let some of the electrical noise that the inverter generates into the audio signal. This was the case for the small rockford fosgate Punch 150s that I use for my center channel. A ground loop isolator fixed the problem. My Zaco AG650 was not affected at all.
