M1-ATX extreme delay after Windows boot screen

I get about a 45-60 second delay after the computer passes the loading Windows XP screen. Nothing but a black screen. The strange thing is, this only occurs when I power the PC via the car - Windows starts up instantly when I have the PC connected to a normal AC/DC PSU.

Anyone have this problem or know the fix?

Hmm... looks like the only thing we have in common is the M1-ATX.
Are you powering your LCD with it?
If so, how long are your wires and what guage are they?

I am currently using a massively long VGA cable so I was thinking it may be taking awhile to put out the SVGA video signal and Windows is stalling until it gets it.

Try a boot with a standard PS on an extension cord. This will tell you if the PS is causing the delay or not.

I would be supprised if it was, but I have been supprised before.....
