MK4.5 adjustment

Sorry for the bandwidth, I can't get to the pumphouse again...

On supplying 12v to the ACC line, the supply and the computer start, but the computer has to be turned off and then back on to get a successful power up.

There are 3 pots on the board. One is directly in line with the ACC line.
Is this the power on adj for the delay for PON?
