I have had my Carnetix 1260 V1.5 installed and working in the car. Today it stopped working

All connections are fine, I have doubled checked, however when I plug the Power input connector in the LEDs come on but only flash three times then switch off almost as if the firmware is corrupt??? The fan doesn't come on at all.

Any ideas??? I'm tearing my hair out, I've checked all inputs with a multimeter and they seem fine.
