Question power? Subs w/ amp

i was wanting some info if anyone has used the same power cable to their amp as the power source for the computer and how well it works

I am powering 2 amps and 1 amplified bazooka sub and my computer with the same power line ( 4Gauge from battery)
Everything works beautifully. But it all depends on your setup...

How did you split the wire into those 4 components?

you use a distribution block. You split one 4gauge into four 8 gauge. Likewise you do the same with the ground wires as well so everything becomes grounded to one point minimizing ground loops.

more importantly, how the hell did you isolate the computer enough so that the drilling of the sub doesn't shake your hard drive to bits?? =)

I too have a nice rack of subs (2x10" and 1x12") and I'm worried about what'll happen to the poor computer =)
