Yes, I don't want to connect the mb loom at all. So if I connect the loom, it's the same colored wires that i short to fool the m1 atx, into thinking a mb is connected? If so, I should be able to short two of the pins that the loom connects to on the m1 atx, without connecting the loom. I just didn't know if it was required on this power supply, or if it would work without having to short anything.
My plan is to purchase this as a secondary ps and use it more like a pol for my cd burner, usb hub and monitor. My main power supply is maxed out with the set-up that I am running.
