Can someone tell me wath the best way is to attach my M1-ATX powersuplly to my car :?

I want to be able to start the PC from a distance (using my remote,) and also be able to let the PC on when I stop for gas (without being shutdown when I sart the car again)
And also be able to start the PC when the engine is not running.
