no one has anything to offer?

is a 20 min shutdown time something people really use?

10 seconds is too short for my hibernation process

Not sure which Opus you're referring to but my Opus 120 has a 10 minute shutdown in there as well...

thats the shutdown delay before it presses the power button after losing the remote signal power

so basicly

ur goin ur goin ur goin -- u turn off the car (remote signal disapears) --- 10 secconds pass --- opus starts the shutdown (or hibernate in ur case) process after its finished the opus will go into standby mode

the jumper settings only set the delay before the computer begins the shutdown process after remote signal is lost i got mine set to 10 secconds

Sounds like you might confused a little if you were thinking that the delay was when it totally cut all power... and thus 10 sec into the hibernate process it would just cut the power.... was that right?

I have mine on the default (10 sec) and it works fine. If you want the computer to stay on you can just wire in a switch on the IGN line to keep +12v on it or after you turn the car off just turn the key back to the ACC position within the 10sec and that'll keep the OPUS powered up.
