Mini-ITX Vehicle PC Case w/ built in 120w power supply question

i have the SP13k, a 100gig laptop hdd, 512 of RAM, a wireless NIC and a bunch of USB devices all connected to my 120w vehicle psu that came with the Mini-ITX Vehicle PC Case w/ built in 120w power supply. Obviously, i run less than 120w. I am using a 400w atx psu as a bench tester untill i get my car (wednesday, march 22nd.)

So here is my problem:

The only way i can start my motherboard is by using a power switch that i took out of an old atx computer (same thing as the start-up and shut-down power button that you can buy off the mp3car.com store. If i connect the power switch wire from the PSU it will give me the 2 blinks of green, indicating a boot-up failure, regardless of which way the pins are connected to pins 6 and 8 on the f-panel. If the case is together, the pins for selecting voltage is showing, as there is a slot to change the jumpers.
What i basically need to know is where is pin 1 when it is in the case? I have tried just about every jumper configuration there is, and i still receive this 2 blink indication when i connect the acc-on wire to the +12v.

now, does it absolutely need to be connected to a car battery to even use this feature of the psu? do i need to connect some type of fuse to bench test it? anybody have this problem?

I have the same case and what I did when I had it out of the car is connect the yellow and black wires to my power supply, wait for the blinking light, then connect the Acc. wire to the yellow wires.

yes, ju1.

i figured it out. i needed to jump pin 3 on ju1 to turn on standby on or something liek that, and then on j6(i think), the jumper setting, not the auxilary out, i needed to set a jumper on that and then it booted up fine, yeah.
