a lil help

hi
I ben reading on this forum for about 2-3 weeks now, and planning to start on my project soon.
My PC mods would be
-M1 mobo
-256, or 521 ram
-2.5 40gb hd

and the question is, will the M1-ATX 90 WATT be fine running those mods?
