Power Supply Cable Question

Hi guys, I have an M2 ATX power supply that came without the ATX-ATX cord. I thought it'd be ok because I could just use the cord that came with the Opus supply that I gave up on trying to use. So my question is: Is there a place to buy an ATX to ATX connector pictured below? From what I can tell, this adapter needs to be male to male, but also needs to have the P4-12v connector, and be connected to the ATX to ATX connector for the 5v rail for the HD.

Have you tried contacting mini-box which sells the M2-ATX power supply? I know is not on their website, but I am sure they would sell it.

Note that the P4 cable does not ship standard with a new M2-ATX.

I realized what I actually need is just an ATX to ATX that has the HDD and floppy connectors on it. The Opus cable is just the big ATX plug with another big ATX plug, both males. The one pictured above is the ATX to ATX with the HDD and floppy plugs.. that's what I'm in need of. I need to buy this locally tho, not sure if anyone sells it. Does anyone know maybe a more technical term for it?
