M1-ATX timings

Does anyone know of an easy way to figure out the offtabl, offtabh, hardtabl, hardtabh values in the M1-ATX itb.asm file? I know the pic can count to 255, and each tick is 200ms. So for 5 seconds LOW would be count 25 times.
25(200ms)=5sec. I get that, but were does a LOW of .26 and a HIGH of .1 in the firmware come from?

PIABU spoke of a timing feature in MPLAB, would this make it easier to figure out what values to use?

I've never done anything with PICs, but I really want to learn, atleast the basics.

Thanks

Next time warn me before moving our PM conversation to a forum!

To learn about the PIC16F819 used in the M2-ATX, start here:
Datasheet:
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/e...Doc/39598e.pdf

To modify the M2-ATX code, you may need:
http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/e...Doc/31029a.pdf

This may not be an appropriate forum for detailed discussion of Microchip PICs.

MPLAB -> Debugger -> Select Tools -> MPLab SIM

MPLAB -> Debugger -> Stopwatch

Remember to set the processor frequency. Cannot remember off the top of my head whether the M2-ATX code uses a 1Mhz or 4Mhz.

Sorry I'm just trying to figure this out without bugging you constantly. I know PIC programmers have been discussed here quite abit, I've just never seen any details on the actual programming of the PICS. I think this information would be very useful to people, as the programmers can be had for like $12, and the PICs can be gotten for $3 or so. I'm sure there's quite a few people out there that would like to change the timings a bit, and learn a little while doing it.

You've been a tremedous help so far.

-Regards,
