ATX DC-DC PS, what should I get?

Ok, I am fixing to really start working on my system. I would like to by a DC to DC powersupply. Any suggestions? I usually would run a search, but I figured I would ask since I have strange requirments.

It needs to be able to power a 300watt celery, a PCI video card, a ISA sound card, AND a 5" LCD. I don't feel comfortable powering my LCD straight from the battery, and if it comes on when only the computer is on, I won't worry about accidently leaving it on. I would like this to fit into a standard ATX powersupply casing on a micro-atx case.

I want pre-built, my soldering skills suck, and I'm afraid I'd screw up my car or blow something up.

what should I get, and how much will it cost?
