RR and Navi

Hi guys well i was on FRODO but now shifted over to RR....

I am trying for long as how to configure this

Am able to open RR with the OPEN command

but rest nothing works...
CLOSE, Stop, play....etcetc

can u pls help me

Well I can only make it open RR..
rest wheni give in a command... it is responded but no action is taken

have made sure there are these lines in the INI

program_name406=c:\program files\road runner\roadrunner.exe

program_title406=ThunderRT6FormDC

Program_close406=VK_CONTROL,Y,^

can some pls help me....

Of course i have done quite a lot of reading and was quite ok and happy with Frodo as far as the commands were concerned....

but now RR is not working

I would just overwrite the xml and ini files with the ones from the archive.

But, I stopped supporting NaviVoice in favor of PowerVoice. Powervoice solely relies on you being able to script in VB code or AutoIt mixed with VB code.

Well I tried to over write and chk up again.. but no luck
SO i did a BIGGER thing.. Reformatted and fresh install of XP and Navi....

Still no luck... am sure i am missing something here.....
Only if i could figure it out "" WHAT ""

think u can help

PV as of now looks complicated ( will work with it in a few days ofcourse..)

PV is a bit complicated, but once you set it up, its awesome. Because nothing is hard coded, the program should not get obsolete as long as you can write a function in VB Script/AutoIt.

Well i agree PV surely will be a better bet.....

Do u have a working INI and XML of ( PV) that supports RR.....so that i can continue from there..... thanksx

Also does NAvi support RR ??

Yes, NaviVoice does support RR.

I don't have a working PV config file for RR though. I've been too lazy to make it. But it should be easy, as its just sendmessages, which are pretty standard in terms of implementation. I will get around to makeing examples in a few days.

well will be waiting for the examples ( am sure will make it a good one and life simple with it )

as to with NAVI Frodo WORKS FINE and the moment i change t to RR ( ofcourse with the path and stuff ) it wont work..... like it wont pause / stop music on giving the magic word to listen... BUT it does continue to listen and give answers to all the questions ( fun stuff ) .... does all funtions with navigation .. and notepad aswell...

BUT not with RR ( any idea why is it behaving like this )
