list of street names

Anyone have a link to a site that lists all of the street names in a particular city/county/state? Also, what is the highest number that street numbers go to?

You can see what I'm getting at

These folks have a lot, probably $$$'s though. http://www.melissadata.com/software.htm

Might be worth looking at the D2 / D3 SDK's and see if you can programatically read through each state, town and street and write it out to a database.

Not all people have D2/D3. Basically I was thinking of adding all of the street names to the XML and adding numbers to the XML also (so saying 8 3 1 5 would quickly type in 8315 instead of doing 4 commands). This would make it basically recognize street names

He means you could use the SDK to get the streets and create your database. Your users won't have to have it

I know. But I don't feel like getting maps for all the places. Say someone never drivers out of their town (like me) so they would have no use for street names in say Wyoming or England.
BTW: When's your SDK due

I'm hoping it'll all be finalised in the next week or so. While you're on the subject, are there any features you specifically want to access in the SDK that haven't been mentioned?

Well, focusing on the text box would be very nice (needed because sometimes it doesn't). Maybe sending the handle? I think we have everything else. I'll worry about the favorites later
