Question Where are the Gamma Control Docs?

Quote:
Why is GammaControl Included?

This is so you can set the gamma settings in NaviVoice. I made GammaControl and NaviVoice share the same INI, so all the data is shared. Look in the GammaControl docs on how to use this.

Can you please explain how to use it or provide the Gamma Control Docs please?

appreciated

Its self explanitory

Yeh, run the navivoice config program to set your coordinates. Then run gammacontrol and define the values and you're good to go. New version in beta testing right now.. will be able to change MM's colors on the fly

There's no such thing as a stupid question, just stupid people

Basically GammaControl will calculate the time that the sun is visible, and the time that the sun is set. So when the sun is visible, it makes it go to day mode, and when the sun is set it goes into night mode.

So just put in your GPS coordinates in degrees mode.

It uses your GPS lat/lon so you don't have to worry about time of year, etc... it gets automatically calculated

When I enter the coordinates in ConfigureNaviVoice.exe , i click on save, it resets the values to 0, so i just typed the values in Gammacontrol.ini, and it seems to work.
It changed to day gamma, i'll wait and see if it changes to night by itself

Hmm... interesting. I'll check out why it resets the lat/lon values to 0.

Just find one more thing.. for navivoice,

version 1.7 in Navivoice.ini
program_name406_FP=c:\program files\frodoplayer\frodoplayer.exe doesn't work and has to be modified to
program_name406=c:\program files\frodoplayer\frodoplayer.exe
removing the _FP to get frodo opening, u might get a lot of people who can't run frodo...
