DPSbeep ?

Hi guys can u pls help me out as how do i use the DPSbeep.exe

basically i need BORIS to READ out a few beeps before reading an answer for a question i ask

EX...
Question .......Boris log on to hotmail ( this i know ho to go aout )
Answer..........server down ( this also i know )

What i need is that before the answer ( SERVER DOWN ) is given, i can hear BEEP BEEP BEEP tone.....and then the answer

i am not able to configue dpsbeep...

Then don't use dpsbeep. I think there is a text file about how to use it.

Ok thanks for the help...
i finally got PLAYFILE to work....
Is it possible to have 1 command and 2 ANS..
i mean if i configure the XML as question and relative ini as ans... ( works fine )
can i first have playfile to play some tune and the once the tune is over give the ans......
Ques: log on to the world ( XML )
ans: like a dialtone and modem handshake tone... once done with tone.....then reads out the ans """U R now hooked on to the world """ ( INI )

what i managed to do is get both at the same time...
what is want is first the tune ( playfile ) and then the ans after a gap of few seconds

I don't think its possible to have different answers based on an event, unless it was hard coded.
