What do you mean by press navivoice? It launches a program. Then the program listens for you to say "boris". Say that and then try some other commands  A mic will appear when you say "boris", it will also say "listening".

I got merlin and invisible on the msagent i install sapi 6.1 from office 2003 and follow all the instructions on html file

Yeh, you had to unzip the file. Make sure that you don't have a copy running the the background. If navivoice detects a copy in the background then it won't work. Terminate that instance and try again.
