WORD OF WARNING:
The source may not match the version of the binaries. I am working to keep them up to date in parallel, but sometimes the source jumps ahead, and sometimes it's a day or two behind.

Changes from 0.41
- Smooth scrolling lists. Click and drag instead of scroll buttons
- Album art. Information for usage in a skin will be posted on the wiki soon.
- Removed quite a few of the "Default" plugins until they are in a more stable state in an attempt to get a usable "core" set of plugins to be included in all releases.
- Inconsequential random changes and fixes. Nothing else major.
