RR locks up upon start.

I can edit the config file, but after saving the settings and running RR, winamp starts and I hear a "ding" sound and RR locks up. (I still have my mouse and can press ctrl alt del to close RR.

Here is my debug file

You sure when you saved the file you chose all filetypes, and then typed in *.ini after the name? Because Notepad likes to save everything as a text file.

Could be you have a RR.ini.txt now...

ok, found the problem, dir for the skin was skinpath=C:\Documents and Settings\SoloCon\Desktop\RoadRunnerBinary\Skins\Ul timate\

should have been skinpath=C:\Documents and Settings\SoloCon\Desktop\RoadRunnerBinary\Skins\Ul timate\

After fixing that issue, I got another error "error loading image file"

That was because I did not have flash installed.

I can now load RR once again and am tweeking it. Just wanted to give an update just incase someone else ran into the same problem.
