Exclamation Girder, RR.GML, and mouse input

AHHH

I'm just about ready to smash my head through a wall!
First off im having a devil of a time trying to find RR.GML. Its not in the roadrunner binary or source and although ive searched for it all i have found is references to the imfamous file!

Also girder is incredibly confusing. I want to assign the mouse wheel up and down to the volume up and volume down roadrunner commands.
I can create all the actions i want, but i cannot seem to figure out how to create the events to activate the actions.

I have the mouse plug in and am using girder 3.29b

Everytime i try to teach girder a new event, my mouse stops responding (i assume its trying to learn the event from it) but i dont understand how to stop it from learning.

Also if i start girder accepting inputs, my mouse stops working properly again.

Im so frustrated and upset with this right now and have spent hours now to no avail. Can someone help me out here?

First, here is the file. Keep in mind thats it is from a 2-8-05 RR zip. All this means is that it won't have all the command that are currently avail. No biggie, add ones that you don't see just like the ones that are already listed.

As far as the mouse plugin is concerned, you have to go to the settings>Plugins>Mouse plugin settings and unselect the Use as girder functions button 'R'. That should help
