If you downloaded the new dll, did you clicked on runme1st.cmd?
You need to register the new DLL file.

I'm also in Seattle. What station is that, I'll see what happens to me as my HD radio with RR has been running flawlessly for about three weeks now

I use the digitalFX3.0 skin and it has up to 6 HD sub channel buttons, so its not a problem. This really seems to be skin dependant and has nothing to do with the DLL or the radio itself.

You have to make some buttons to call them directly with the command
"HDSUB;1"
"HDSUB;2"
"HDSUB;3"

Mitch, I have problem with HD labels in RR. I can't get to work titles for HD2 and HD3.
Tested with couple skins. Your latest software do not show them too, but when I use controller I have them on screen. Any ideas?
One more Q: why "HDsubcount" shownig ) when station have only one HD stream?
Pictures
Controller:
and same station in RR:
"0" on HDsubcount:
BTW: Thanks for cable (got it today).
