Where is the latest source to the rrconfig utility?

I must be blind. I can't find it anywhere. Even google doesn't source it. Haha I made a funny.. source the source. HAHAHAHA I KILL ME!

The current RRConfig is done by BlueZX3 in autoit. I don't believe he has released the source for that.

Best bet is asking BlueZX3. Yay!
