A guess would be that you just copied files over and did not do a RR install on the car PC - in which case several of the dll files need to get registered with windows.

i put all the files on a flash drive and copied them to my cap hd. this didn't work. so i just downloaded the files onto my car hd from here. still nothing. when i try to open rr config i get that box to send or don't send to ms. also there is another box from rr that says there is not the right skin loaded.

Firts off, download the latest RRConfig.exe from Blue and run it.
Under Skins, select the path to your skin folder and go from there.

Sounds like you are running a lite'd version of windows and it doesn't have some of the support files required to run VB or Autoit programs.
