Let me ask, maybe support doesnt need to be made for RR or CF. Maybe you could make it so your software can be assigned to listen for a com port. So say for example CF or RR activate the HD or XM and the software sees that data is running on xm, it switches to XM, and if someone switches to HD, then it switches to HD. Is that possible?

PS: maybe can I use AutoIt to create something? So that when HD turns on, the serial port triggers AutoIt sends a command to your software to go to input 1 or 2..... Im not a AutoIt professional, but lots of people say its very powerful.... Does this sound doable?

i temporarily used Autoit + demo app. Lemme know if u want the script. basically it just sends control clicks to the 4 radio buttons

OMG yes pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Like i said i dont know how to do this stuff, so any help would be awsome. How exactly did you get it to work though? Autoit is obviously changing the buttons, but how does autoit know when to do so?

if mitch is willing to do a command line app that would work better than my script since my script used the command line anyway. But basically u run the app as a part of the command. I'm not sure how CF handles commands but with RR XM command would run XM||SETINPUT1 where set input 1 ran my script and control clicked first input on the demo app

I guess it would..... like i said i dont know this stuff..... Im so good at web design, but once you get into this stuff, im a big dummy.

If you say its better then i guess it is. I know that CF has a setup file for XM and HD radio, so maybe something has to be added to there? Im going to have to look in the CF folders and see how this stuff works, but i do know everything is in its own seperate module, or at least thats what it looks like to me.

Hi Mitch, I have purchased quite a few of your items. All have been great! This device is also great. I was almost close to buying this device but then remembered that I am using optical for my CarPC with the an Alpine system. My question to you is, will there be a device in the future that may have something like 2 optical and 2 analog ins and a optical out? I could really use something like that. Thanks in advance for all you do!

I posted on the CF forums, but I assume Mitch mainly lurks in the RR area.

I recieved the command line software, but I am confused with what to do with it. Can you explain to me in newbie terms?......
