Mitch, I have a quick question for you. After waiting a year for the merger between XM and Sirius, it turns out that in order to get the a la carte feature, you have to buy a new radio, which is 129.99 and is a stand alone unit and will not intergrate into the carpc. For 129.99 I can simply buy the SC-C1 and your USB adapter. Then simply pay 9.99 a month.

The question I have, is how will this work with your line selector in Centrafuse? Currently it works wonders with XM and HD radio, but arent the last 2 ports AUX? How do I set up the SC-C1 and the line selector so it will switch automatically to Sirius?

well you pull that off, and get back to me

problem is, i think centrafuse has a "SAT" plugin, its XM or Sirius, but not both
can u use 2 of the same plugins, one as xm, one as sirius? i have NO idea

You were right..... Only one or the other can work. Your programs are embedable into CF though. Is there a way to reskin them so i can make them look like CF? Currently everything is to small to use in a carpc enviroment. I would like to skin both the XM app and the Sirius app and make them both part of CF.

Also how can I use the CF UAS plugin with a certain button? so if i hit Sirius (a manual made button), it goes to line 3?

part 1, not easilly, your welcome to download the source to both SID and XMID... at my website on the hidden developer forum (pm me there)

as for the CF UAS plugin, i dont know.. it would have to be added to the plugin

Well after going back and forth I figured out a better way to do this. Sirius and XM offer web based radio. I currently have all the XM equipment, so all I need to do is sign up with Sirius Internet Radio. Problem I dont see a player for that... most have vanished. The one I have found is in the Form of a Widget.

Hello again Mitch. I understand about the analog problem. What about multiple optical inputs and one optical out with auto switching depending on which source is active at the time. Thanks again. I'm just hopeing it's possible.

reggiek, i already made a 4 to 1 optical switcher, that is usb controllable, it didnt sell at all, i use mine every day on my home theater pc

as for auto switching, i didnt do that, dont like it guessing which is active

you can purchase something like that from audio authority now

I am having trouble getting UAS audio selector to work I have installed the driver it is set up as MJS Gadgets USB Audio Selector (com7). When I run the test program it cannot find it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times. I'm sure I am doing something wrong but not sure what to do.

not sure how u got it to be a comport
maybe check in the USB section of device manager, and if under advanced under its properties, make sure load VCP isnt checked which it shouldnt be anyway

I have installed it on 3 computers and it installs as a usb com port on all 3. They are running windows XP. It says in the directions if it does not work make sure you have
the driver installer I did not find a driver installer on the disk.

u do have a the cd supplied, and u did use the drivers on the cd?
