New updated RR Install
I typed in the 9-22-05 date and I got the file (23.3MB file)... (is it the latest release of 23rd September?)

Just installed it thought the version say 9-10-05 and when you select update (internet) it updates to version 9-23-05 onilne...Cheers

I see there's no update for the 10-16 / 10-31 release of RR. Does that matter or if I install off the September release will the update version work to catch me up?

Yes, it should do. Once you've installed and done your RRConfig just do an update. BTW, another version will be comming out very soon.
