I configured RR and tweaked the brushed alum skin on my laptop and everything was working fine. I then copied RR with the conf files and all to my CarPC (Epia-TC running WinXP) and all is fine except that RR freezes (cpu 100%) on the audio browser screen no matter what i do.

The weird thing is that the video browser works fine and even if i set the musicpath and the videopath to the same folder, only the audio browser freezes.

I have tried using and not using ID3 tags in the browselist, having a music folder with no songs at all in it, different skins, but it always freezes.

Any idea what might be causing this?

I've just got the same exact problem.. still trying to figure out why (since on my desktop it works)...

i think i had the same problem, i figured it out to be winamp that was crashing. not sure if it will help your problem, but my fix was to go into winamp options and config direct sound, and making sure my sound card was selected, and not primary audio driver.

I have noticed that random, when I launch the DVD mode, the temp. is read as in the screenshot.
When this MPC happens it stops RR, and it needs to use Task Bar Manager to close RR.
Reopening RR returns all ok.

The size of the Temperature label may be too big in the skin and that is probably causing you to "click" the label when clicking "exit" and that only swiches the temp from C-F or F-C without exiting.. I'll look at the skin, as I changed it in the last minute..

The button sticks in the "pressed" position ? Any specific button, or all of them ? Which skin?

Sorry I'm a NEWB, but I'm having problems getting videos to play. I browse and find one and then select it, press play and I get a black screen with a scrollbar at the bottom that isn't moving. I have to close media player to get back to roadrunner afterwards...I'm not sure what's goig on. It seems like it's stopping right after I hit play.
