ok so i got it to work with phoco open already (when I put the PhoneCtl.NET.exe in the path). but doesn't open phoco for me on its own. Guess I need the full version, are we all supposed to buy it to have it work with RR is something else in the works?
phonebook doesnt show up for me either.
Looks good though!
Is there a brushed metal screen coming like one posted a long time ago?

I bought version 1.4 and I don't regret it. Zorro has made a nice piece of software and he deserves some credits for it.
version 1.3 is still free but I do not know it that version also works with RR. Give it a try.

I'll try to work something out with matching skins.. unless someone gets to it first...
Make sure you hit "RELOAD" to get any phone books you want.. I'll organize this a bit more later once we get some more positive responses.. probably make phoco.ini disappear by adding it to RR.INI and adding those settings to RRConfig too.
Anybody that wishes to use PhoneControl should buy a license or use an earlier free version -- if that's enough for your needs (although I do encourage to support it, specially to obtain more updates and features).

sweet i'll buy it, i already planned on it, just ironing out some kinks with zorro right now first...then getting a s710a to go with it. can't hear the person on the other end at the moment...
this one looked good to me:
is there a list of the functions somewhere so that I can put them into my girder file? nm found them in the skin commands file, but which are the simple call/answer and hangup buttons?

no SMS yet...
It's very easy to make direct-access commands for those buttons in that skin we planned to use before..
To Hangup: "HANGUP_CALL_PHOCO"
To Dial: "DIAL_PHOCO"

I'm using the 1.4 beta, and work for me almost all. The only thing is that I can't accept incoming calls. When i press on the green phone to accept the call, nothing happens and the phone continue to ring

This is an udated Beta3 version.. Hematec has done some improvements and so have I... make sure to review your phoco.ini settings if trying it..

I keep my phonebook in an external file: PhoneCtl.PB.xml. How do I get your implementation of PhoneControl to open it?

@GizmoQ
if you select the phone phonebook, phoco sends the entries of this file to RR.
!!!! If you have done any Changes manually in this file, like editing the username or something like that, notify if you press "reload", this file will be overwritten, because of phoco reads the phonebook of your phone again and stores it in this file!!!

RR reads it from your phone, just like phonecontrol does. It seems to be working well now (I have to test it later on better). I can see the battery status and the network indicator now. Now we need to wait for sms support, hehe.
