Video Plug-ins

Which video plug-in allows all video files to be played by winamp? I've tried everything from the winamp site with no luck and tried some I've found on google also. I have all the proper codecs installed on my computer and it still wont play on winamp. All the videos do work fine in windows media player though. Any help is apprciated, thanks.

What type of file extension are you trying to play? If its svcds(m2v) you will likely need a mpeg2 filter. But it depends on what type of file you are trying to play because there is not one codec that will allow all video files to be played.

I have tons of different video files. dvd, xvid, divx, mpeg 2, mpeg 1, svcd, mov, vcd, and any others I've forgotten. Everything works in windows media player so I do know that I have all codecs installed (K-lite pack). I( just need the plugins to make it work for winamp.

RR does NOT use winamp for playback of videos. Videos are played by Windows API or by MPC (at user's choice). Installing the approppriate DirectShow codecs is all you should need, if you can't play those files in RR, then most likely your system is messed up somehow -- this is assuming that you have added the propper extensions to view/load in RRConfig.
