I have configured in rr.ini the night skin and day skin, but it don't change at 18:00. What must i do?

It can be done through GammaControl... You can also do this if you have the GPS port PROPPERLY setup in RR and set autoskinmode=0 in RR.INI -- this will be done by calculated TWILIGHT time at your current location. Those still are undocumented changes.
