.ogg file tag support

I've been having a heck of a time with my ogg file display.

Just to confirm, if I use an MP3 file, TAGARTIST and TAGTITLE work fine.

I've tried rescanning the winamp library and all the tag info is displayed in the library as well as file info. I noticed that when I look at the file info in winamp, my sample MP3 file list the tag as both ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags, the ogg files don't say they are any particular format. See attached

I have also tried about every combo I can think of in RRconfig with the tag display stuff and no luck, including just using file names.

Other info
Latest version of RR
Winamp v 5.24
Half of my oggs were ripped with CD N Go and the other half with Winamp with the ogg plugin.

Tags on files different than MP3 are only loaded if they're in the Winamp Library AND if you load it THROUGH the winamp library support (by going through the -- Artist/Album/Genres -- options on top of the file browser.

You know Guino, I've seen you say this before, and for the life of me, it never quite sunk in until now. And it works!

So basically, if I go to the file browser and pick "...Artist" at the top of the folder list and then chose my music, it is formated exactly like I have it in the RR.ini with "%ARTIST% - %TITLE%"

You rock, sorry I made you answer this again, I just didn't get it.

Ok, so I have it loading "%ARTIST% - %TITLE%" and all looks good.... until I restart RR, hibernate or reload the skin, then it reverts back to just title.
