thanks for the new RR updater n binary.
on a 2nd note:
is anyone else finding the latest version of RR to be a bit of a preformance hog??
I'm running it off of my laptop
Celeron 1.4Ghz with 760mb memory.
the previous RR ran fine
but this latest version seem slower...?
sometime it would "stall" when changing songs... not sure if this is a bug or preformance issue.
just wondering if it's just me...
thanks all

The Updaters are good to go for updating to the new package - 11/12/2006. I'll rebuild the installer and distribute to the mirrors this evening, sometime after 6pm (-0500 GMT) when I get off work.
Cheers. The W3bMa5t3r...

Dang guys.. lol everyone is sooo impatient :-p just joking. The installer has been recompiled with the 11/12/2006 binary and has been uploaded to the four mirrors. It's all good to go. Enjoy

If you click the download links and the site/mirror it takes you to doesn't retrieve the file, close that window and click on the link again. It will take you to another mirror to retrieve the file. Cheers

Yeah, the RR is a virus !!! LOOL, don't use it. Do not even get your car started ) Good joke though from that AVG.
Great work on the installer mate.
One question though. What is the easiest way to find out wich version of RR is installed? If i run RR_Updater the answer is: 2006/11/13

lol yeah, that virus bit never ends... always someone coming up with it... anywho...
Yeah when you run the updater, it should give you the date of your current install, then it will check the site for the newest version, then ask if you want to update if there is a newer version available.

Made some code updates to the RR_Updater.exe to resolve some of the remaining issues from before... I still have to update the embedding version, but the regular version is good to go. Let me know if there are still any bugs.
Cheers.
/EDIT: The Embedding Version has been updated as well.

lol yeah I know the feeling. I gave my main site an allowance of 60GB of bandwidth per month and I've come to 95% usage each month.. lol. I'm spreading out the hosting now so hopefully it'll help @ all the hosters for these files, the new versions have been uploaded to your servers and the Daily Count is working again, so starting tonight you should start getting those updates. Cheers..

Maybe make roadrunner files torrents? You could have a skin.zip file that contains all the known RR skins to date in there too.. just a thought.
Also, what's the word on rrdownloads.net?
